Fix Oil - R - 737

• Polyamine type Dye fixing agent for the reactive colour on cellulosic fiber

K DYE-J

Levanol-DFT

Pigfix

• Specially developed Fixing agent specially developed for continuous dyeing of grey yarns with Pigment or Pigment bottom Indigo top
• No need of Binder to fix the pigments any more, hence no curing needed
• Drying is needed after the step of fixing
• In foam finishing PIGFIX is to be used in conjunction with our Kunafoam TC - 50 for applying pigment to the denim fabric

Plasticryl - ASP

• Anti-migrating agent used in dyeing
• Prevents migration of dyes from dyed part to non dyed part

RAP-55

• One shot leveling, dispersing cum penetrating agent for polyester dyeing
• Very widely used for High temperature high pressure dyeing
• Excellent dispersing properties in High temperature and thus no agglomeration of dyes take place
• Keeps disperse dyes evenly dispersed during whole dyeing process

Reactofix - NF

Sulblock

• Special Dye fixing agent developed specifically for sulphur
• Major Problem to get the right shade of SBIT
• Dyeing of yarns with Sulphur colour and toping with Indigo, a substantial amount of sulphur colour gets stripped off the yarn once it enters the indigo dye bath
• Results in consistent dyeing shade of SBIT
• Sulblock is a very unique agent specially developed as a solution to the problem of inconsistency in the dyeing of yarns with Sulphur Bottom Indigo Top in Denim Industry
• Using Sulblock leads to lowering down the consumption of sulphur dye by almost 30 - 40 % and helps keeping your effluent clear

Superfix

• Special Cationic resin with many usages
• May be added to a starch size mix, at levels of 2-4%, to cross link the starch and indigo, make it permanent
• When used in denim finishing, it substantially reduces indigo dye bleeding
• It has excellent dye fixing properties for after treating direct, sulphur dyes, and fiber reactive dyes

Supertone - PDI

• Polymeric agent - specifically to promote increased colour yield and brightness
• Applicable in indigo and pigment dyeing processes
• Primarily intended for use on heavyweight cotton denim and canvas type fabrics
• Maximum benefit is obtained in the above fabrics

Superwet - DN

• Nonionic wetting cum de-aerating agent
• Powerful agent, wets the grey yarn instantly so very easy to incorporate in direct grey yarn dyeing with various dyes
• Specially designed in such a way that it performs the best result in unconventional dyeing of pigments and Indigo on grey cotton yarns in continuous manner
• Colourless, transparent liquid mixable in water in any proportion
• In absence of Superwet DN, the wetting of yarn would be inferior resulting in uneven dyeing leading to streakiness in the fabric

Thermochromic Colour

Toyopol - NF

• Wetting agent which is 1:1 replacement of Primasol NF
• Excellent wetting property for cotton yarns under highly alkaline conditions

Unisol - AMK

• Anti-migrating agent
• Prevents migration of dyes from dyed part to non dyed part

Unisol - FBSN

• Dispersing agent which is highly efficient in removing insoluble and sparingly soluble calcium salts, pectins and other impurities
• Prevents the build-up of these materials on machine surfaces on the goods being processed
• Precipitation of hardness salts is prevented and liquor stability is vastly improved by the excellent protective function of the product
